Please read these Terms carefully before buying any of our guides.

1. Who we are

This website and the products sold on it are provided by Walid Elkherchi, an individual seller based in Morocco, trading as WK Health Guides ("we", "us"). By buying a product or using this website, you agree to these Terms.

2. Our products

We sell digital educational guides in PDF format on everyday health topics. Our products are for general information only. They are not medical services, and they do not provide medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Please read our Medical Disclaimer.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in US dollars on this website and at checkout. Payments are processed by Whop, a third-party payment platform. Whop's own terms apply to the payment process. We do not receive or store your full card details. Each purchase is a one-time payment; there are no subscriptions or recurring charges.

4. Delivery

After your payment is confirmed, we send the purchased PDF to the email address you provided at checkout, usually within a few minutes and in any case within 24 hours. You are responsible for entering a correct email address. If you have not received your file within 24 hours, check your spam folder and contact us at [email protected].

5. Licence and permitted use

When you buy a guide, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to download, read and print it for yourself and your household. You may not resell, redistribute, publicly share, upload or claim as your own any of our guides, in whole or in part.

6. Intellectual property

All content on this website and in our guides, including text, layout and graphics, belongs to Walid Elkherchi / WK Health Guides unless stated otherwise, and is protected by copyright.

7. Refunds

Refunds are handled according to our Refund Policy.

8. No medical relationship

Buying or reading our guides does not create a doctor–patient or any other professional relationship. Always consult a qualified health professional about your own health.

9. Limitation of liability

We work hard to keep our guides accurate and up to date, but we cannot guarantee that they are complete or free of errors. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any decision you make or action you take based on our content. Our total liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the amount you paid for that product.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have in your country of residence.
